Postage and packaging

Your item will be packaged with care: smaller prints are shipped flat, bigger prints are rolled in a rigid and protective tube and shipped from Hungary using the Hungarian Postal Service, first class recorded delivery (with tracking number) or Fedex.  You will receive an email confirmation that your items have been despatched.

Delivery costs

If you are in Budapest, you can also collect your order in person (free of charge) and pay in cash upon collection.  If you would like to use this option, please place your order via e-mail.

Hungary – € 5 per order

Europe – €15 per order

Rest of world – €28 per order

Delivery times

We aim to deliver our shop products within:

Hungary – 3-5 working days

Europe – 5-7 working days

Rest of world – 7-10 working days

If an order is urgent, please contact us to request express delivery, we will always try to accommodate your request if possible.

Please note that prints are shipped without frame, while original artwork will be sent based on individually agreed arrangements.

We deliver anywhere in the world but unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO box addresses. These are restrictions imposed by our couriers.

If your delivery address is not within Hungary, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. You also should be aware that cross-border shipments might be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
